OurDream pricing explained: Premium, Deluxe and dreamcoins

One plan covers everything: Premium at $19.99 a month, or $119.88 a year, buys unlimited chat plus 1,000 dreamcoins a month for images, video and voice. Deluxe, at $59.99 a month or $359.88 a year, multiplies the coins by five and adds longer memory. The upgrade page shows the annual figures first, $9.99 and $29.99 a month, so read the billing line before you confirm: the annual plan is one charge. What Premium and Deluxe include on OurDream

One detail is easy to misread. The lines that say 20 minutes of voice calls and 10 videos under Premium are the same 1,000 coins expressed in other units: at 50 coins a minute that is 20 minutes, and at 100 coins per five-second clip it is 10 videos. Plan the balance as one budget. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the help centre adds cryptocurrency.

What dreamcoins buy on OurDream AI

The help centre publishes the rate for every action, so you can plan a month before you buy it.

Two rules work in your favour. Coins do not reset: a new 1,000 is deposited at 2pm EST on your billing date and what you did not spend carries over while you stay subscribed. And a failed generation refunds its coins automatically, whether the cause was a timeout, a server error or a content flag.

Refunds, cancellation and what to do before you cancel

You cancel from the profile page, and access runs to the end of the paid period. The Refund Policy of March 9, 2026 gives 14 days to report a defect, with any refund at the company’s discretion, grants buyers in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a 14-day withdrawal right, and makes cryptocurrency payments final. The help centre adds that no refund is given once more than 25 percent of a product has been used.

When a subscription ends, generated images and videos are blurred until you subscribe again, and two help articles disagree on whether unused coins stay. The practical routine is short: download the gallery and spend the remaining coins before the last day. Everything unblurs the moment you come back.

OurDream AI images and video generation

Image generation is the strongest part of OurDream: two standard images cost 10 dreamcoins, so a Premium month covers about 200, and the character stays recognisably the same across them. Video comes from the same balance at 100 coins for every five seconds.

Image generation on OurDream

You generate from the chat, where a picture of the scene costs 5 coins, or from the Generate page, where a standard run produces two images for 10. The styles are realistic and anime, and two edit models, Spark and Eclipse, change an existing picture for 10 or 20 coins. The images held my character’s face and build from one scene to the next, and an independent September 2026 review reports the same. That review measured waits of 30 to 90 seconds at busy hours; off-peak, results arrive quickly.

Two rules are worth knowing. Reference photos cannot be uploaded, which protects real people and which I count in the platform’s favour. And images generated of a public character are added to that character’s public community pack with the creator’s metadata removed, while images of private and unlisted characters stay private. Build your own character, keep it private, and the gallery is yours alone.

OurDream AI videos and what a clip costs

OurDream AI videos are short generated clips of your character, made from a prompt in the same flow as an image. The company fact sheet lists eight video modes, a maximum length of 60 seconds and output up to 4K with upscaling. The help centre lists the prices: 100 coins per five seconds for standard video, 200 coins for an Ultra Quality video, 50 coins per five seconds to enhance a clip and 20 coins per second to add audio. The Prime video model left beta on September 26, 2026 and costs 10 coins, which makes it the economical way to try an OurDream AI video.

A 60-second clip costs 1,200 coins, so long video is a Deluxe purchase. On Premium, treat video as a highlight: a few five-second clips a week fit the allowance with room left for images.

Voice calls and narration on OurDream

Narration of replies is free with a set of standard voices and 5 coins per paragraph with the premium ones, and live calls cost 50 coins a minute, so Premium covers 20 minutes and Deluxe 100. The aigirlfriendchats.com reviewer finds the voices flat, and I would not buy the plan for calls alone; readers who want voice first should read the Kindroid review. As part of a bundle the feature earns its place, and narration on the standard voices costs nothing to leave on.

OurDream memory and conversation, honestly

OurDream memory is good, clearly ahead of the image-first platforms, and the conversation is quick and in character. That is a 7 and a 6 on the How we test scale.

The four memory layers on OurDream

The Auto Memory Log stores facts from your conversations without being asked. Pinned Memories are facts you add yourself and the model is told to keep. Custom Instructions are behaviour rules for the character. Persona is the identity you selected for yourself. Deleting a message from a chat also removes it from the model’s context, which is a small and useful control.

In my multi-session storyline the character came back after a week with the pinned facts in place. The independent September 2026 test describes the same behaviour, with at most one reminder needed after a break, and CompanionRater scores memory at 4.0 out of 5. For balance: Deluxe advertises three times the chat memory, which I have not paid to measure, and the single SmartCustomer review, from October 2025, reports no memory at all. Pin the five facts that matter on day one and Premium’s memory does the job.

OurDream AI chat models and the filter

OurDream AI chat runs on five models. Regular and Lively are unlimited on Premium, the Genius and Lively Genius models cost a coin per reply, and Deluxe includes them. Replies are quick and stay in character, group chats take up to 12 characters, and the chat switches language if you ask. CompanionRater summarises user reports that characters move toward NSFW faster than the persona suggests; Custom Instructions are the place to set the pace you want.

The Acceptable Use Policy of August 21, 2026 allows adult and romantic content between consenting adult characters and prohibits minors, real people, named intellectual property and a short list of extreme categories. The classifiers that enforce it can flag safe prompts, as the help centre acknowledges. Candy AI vs OurDream AI

OurDream wins on bundle and memory, Candy AI on entry price. Candy AI is $13.99 a month with 100 tokens, roughly 25 to 50 images at 2 to 4 tokens each; OurDream is $19.99 with 1,000 dreamcoins, about 200 images, with video and calls drawn from the same balance. Candy AI draws the more polished single image, and its memory faded within weeks, where OurDream held across my test week. The Candy AI review has the prices I verified at Candy’s checkout. For readers who want chat, images and video on one plan, OurDream is the stronger buy.

Privacy on OurDream: Dream Studio, Delaware and your chats

OurDream gives you encryption in transit and at rest, a table that says exactly who can see your chats, and self-serve account deletion. The platform has not been graded on our privacy scorecard, so the 5 out of 10 here is my reading of the Privacy Policy of August 26, 2026 against the same questions.

What OurDream collects and who sees it

The policy lists email address, user name, payment information through processors, the outcome of an age check, and your user content, such as chat communications. It also logs IP address, device identifiers and usage data. The safety centre says the company does not collect contacts or precise location and does not sell data. Its table of who sees private chats is clear: you, yes; other users and character creators, no; staff, only with your consent or under a lawful request; third-party AI providers, yes, to generate the reply.

That last row means the homepage line about end-to-end encryption is an overstatement. What is documented is solid practice: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES at rest, and a database platform with SOC 2 certification.

Training, retention and deletion on OurDream

What to know before you pay: the policy lists training the company’s machine learning models among its purposes, sets retention at the time necessary with no number, and the terms grant Dream Studio a perpetual licence to use generations, including for promotion. A public character that becomes popular may stay active after you delete your account.

Deletion itself is well handled: Settings, Account management, or the danger zone on the profile page, processed in 24 to 48 hours. The safety guide has the habits that make the rest manageable: a separate email, no real names, private characters.

Is OurDream AI legit, and what about billing

Yes. The contracting party is Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 28684, Dover, DE 19904, the terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes go to JAMS arbitration unless you opt out by email within 30 days. The refund policy also names Dream Studio LLC and Tektopia Ltd, which CompanionRater describes as a Cyprus company that handles billing. The name on a card statement is not published, so note it at checkout. ScamAdviser dates the domain registration to November 19, 2024.

User counts on the official pages range from over 10 million to 70 million, so I quote none of them, and Trustpilot shows a notice that the ourdream.ai profile has been removed. Age checks are documented well: every account attests to being 18, and users in the United Kingdom and Australia verify through Go.cam or AgeVerif, which return only a pass or fail. OurDream AI app, website and official domain

OurDream runs on any phone or computer with a browser and installs to your home screen from the browser menu. There is no native app in either store; the website at ourdream.ai is the product.

Is there an OurDream AI app

Not a native one, and you do not need it. On an iPhone you open ourdream.ai in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen; on Android you do the same from the Chrome menu. The result is an icon that opens the platform full screen, with the same account, coins and gallery as on desktop.

The OurDream AI official website is ourdream.ai, and the terms name ourdream.io as a second official domain where the same account works. The help centre is help.ourdream.ai and the safety centre is safety.ourdream.ai. People search for the brand as ourdream, our dream ai and ourdreamai, and look-alike sites collect those spellings, so check the address bar before you enter a card number. From the official homepage, a free account takes an email address and no card.

The best official discount is the annual plan, which halves the monthly price. I could not confirm any public coupon on an official page as of September 28, 2026.

Annual Premium is $119.88 instead of twelve payments of $19.99, which the upgrade page words as a saving of $120 a year, and annual Deluxe is $359.88 instead of $719.88. Annual Premium adds 1,000 bonus coins at the start and annual Deluxe 5,000. The upgrade page itself shows no coupon field, and I do not repeat the unverified codes that coupon sites list. Free dream coins, referral codes and how to redeem

Free dream coins come from four documented routes: contests and events, referral codes, gifting, and the Discord server, where the staff run competitions with coin prizes. The dependable one is the referral: share your code, and you receive bonus coins when someone signs up with it. Linking a Discord account to join the testers pays 50 coins on Premium accounts.

To redeem a code, open the profile page and use the Redeem Code field. It accepts the prepaid keys sold through G2A, which the help centre offers when a card is declined: 1,000 dreamcoins or a one-year subscription. A coin code works on an account with an active plan.
